Augason Farms Dehydrated Spinach Flakes Can, Emergency Food Supply, Everyday Meals, 45 Servings

Bought a can a few months ago and just opened it couple days ago because they had it at a very good price now ($12.10) and I wanted to make sure it was good before buying any more. I just bought 3 more cans today.Its quite good, can was pretty full about 1″ from the top, took 3 pinches and put into a 1/2 cup of water with a pinch of salt and put in microwave for 90 seconds and viola perfectly good chopped spinach perfectly re-hydrated instantly, so will work fine in soups, in rice, in Lasagna and I just added the re-hydrated in microwave to my egg white omelette past couple days.There is a spicy sweet potato peanut African stew that uses lots of spinach this would be great for also.Overall especially for $12 and a 25 year shelf life I have no complaints.I will be opening these cans pretty regularly though as this is going to be my go to for spinach because its so easy and always there not going bad. I am going to add a handful in my rice tonight for a stir fry..Regular fresh spinach is like $2.50 for a small little bundle, theres easily $12 of spinach in this can.
