Finally got around to opening one of these and was surprised that they are actually pretty good!! I added boiling water as stated but, let it sit for like an hour instead of 15 minutes, drained and i fried them up in butter and they were good and not chewy.. i eat low carb so don’t eat potatoes normally but, was craving some, these did the job and since they are food for a year after opening, i can enjoy them once in awhile without them going bad.. these are better than what i remember the idaho ones being in the past, these are thicker..
