This means the more expensive ones, such as sapphire, are smaller than the others. Due to their organic nature, colours, inclusions and veining may vary from the online images. The birthstone forms a cluster with a tiny silver heart.We can only stamp one initial onto the charms and we are only able to stamp the front of the charm.
