Given they are natural they may vary slightly from the images shown.The birthstone necklace for child has a birthstone and pearl cluster that is separate from the initial charm. So you can remove them from the chain, so you can wear just the charm or both cluster and charm together.We hand stamp her initial onto a heart, disc, tag charm with cut out heart or star. The initial can be patinised (black finish) so it stands out, or we can leave it silver or gold(clean finish).
