Description The Stohr Trentino 13″ Viola outfit is everything you need in a beginner Viola, including a free FOM shoulder rest. The Trentino viola has a solid spruce top, maple back and sides as well as genuine ebony pegs and top nut. Ebony pegs are more durable and longer lasting. An essential part of the Viola, the strings, are so often overlooked or compromised in a student viola but the Stohr Trentino 13″ Viola outfit comes with German made Optima Goldbrokat strings fitted as standard. Coupled with the fact that every instrument is properly set up by a luthier, the Trentino gives a rich and warm sound from the the word go, ensuring the student has the best possible start. The alloy tailpiece has four string adjusters and the case has a compartment for a shoulder rest which is provided as part of the package.
