I bought this because my 8qt pressure cooker was a bit too small. I could’ve gone with a 12 or 15, but no, I went with a 26qt option! It’s awesome. Probably more useful in a restaurant or commercial setting — the instructions (which are all in Chinese) seem to assume this will be used commercially. I cook for a family of 5. The cauldron is well made and first batch of chicken soup came out great. I will say storage is an issue. The cauldron is heavy and difficult to move and clean. When it’s full, it’s really hard to move it. It will fit in my dishwasher if i remove the upper rack and everything else. Another review made mention of missing pieces. I doubt that. There are 2 vent covers in the packaging which you can miss if you don’t look for them. Use ChatGPT for the instructions and you’re all set.
