Bolt-down Fuse Base (with Cover)

This modular thermoplastic base mounts our Bolt-down Fuses in place, with electrical connections made using #10 studs.  Features a non-conductive cover and countersunk #8 mounting holes.  Measures 3.11″ (L) x 0.87″ (W) x 1.22″ (H), less mounting brackets.  Includes two (2) stainless nuts with captive star washers to secure the fuse in the place. Multiple modules may be installed together for a combined rating of 400A max (continuous) using pre-sized bus bars (2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-position bus bar segments available — see P/N S8042-x).  A special modular input module (P/N S8041-2) may be used in conjunction with the fuse base(s) to create a service-friendly power distribution assembly. Maximum torque:  17 inch-lbs. (mounting brackets), 39 inch-lbs. (fuse module), 75 inch-lbs. (input module).
